Sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES) is an anionic surfactant with excellent properties, which can be prepared from coconut. Molecular formula R(OCH2CH2)nOSO3Na, light yellow viscous liquid, soluble in water, with excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming properties. With good thickening characteristics and foaming ability, it is often used in liquid washing, meal washing, shampoo, bath washing and other daily chemical industries, and is also used in textile, paper making, leather, machinery, oil mining and other industries.
